I am a die-hard turkey stuffer. I've never known anyone who has ever gotten sick from stuffed turkey.

as long as you remove the stuffing when you take the turkey out of the oven it should be fine.

I do sometimes, but I have never really used anything more than salt and pepper in the brine, along with some sugar. Also used brown sugar once.

I have used different mild marinades with salt water. Anything you can marinade chicken in- you can add to your salt water.

I reached a point where I used Italian dressing as a marinade for most everything I cooked. I have backed off using it as much lately. I do love the taste it adds though.

I use it for fish and also any venison, or other wild game. It helps with the gamey taste.
