Mr. Rock "n" Roll 2011/09/29 23:54:29No+6I used to, but now that I stopped going to bars and drink at home I use my own soap!

My favorite bar soap is:
But it's expensive so Dove is my go too most often:
Body wash is good but you still need soap for certain areas.

I don't feel clean if I don't.
Plus strong-smelling soaps dry out my skin.
Man! It happens every time - I'm always one step behind the trend.
Let me guess...
Is it a genetically modified bacteria that eats dirt and smells like a rain forest?
Is it some kind of giant tongued animal that licks you completely clean?
Or, is it simply refusing to use soap altogether?
I'm throwing out all my bar soap. Please message me asap with the latest hygiene aid.
I haven't heard of it becoming obsolete.
1. Bar soap always left my skin feeling vaguely "slimy" or filmy afterwards. Often, I'd feel less clean *after* a bath than I did before, and that's just not right.
2. Bar soap will STICK to any surface you let it dry on. Whether that's just the corner of the tub or your beautiful granite countertop, if you don't keep that baby in a soapdish, you're going to have to pry it loose with your FINGERNAILS (not a pleasant sensation), and the surface is going to be a nasty mess unless you give it a thorough scrubbing.
3. NO LATHER! How do you really know it's even working when there's no lather, just a halfhearted, measly translucent film?! The lather in bodywash is like the low, satisfying growl of your engine that lets you know you don't have to gouge your ignition any more.
4. The Incredible Shrinking Bar! After several uses, good luck even getting a grip on it for any length of time. When you're left with just a razor-thin sliver of soap, you can be sure you're either going to accidentally squeeze it shapeless, or lose track of it on the floor of the tub or shower to be slipped on later.
