- Andy Fletcher 2012/05/13 21:51:57yes+1Yes, far to readily, and often results in my being rewarded by even more responsibility without being properly compensated. But I can't help. If I see a void it's my nature to try and fill it.reply

As do we all. The failure is in letting an opportunity pass.reply - BIG BAD JOHN R. 2012/05/13 16:40:37yes+2I learned very young to be a leader. Went to a military academy and did very well. I learned how to follow and to lead. When you are a leader, there is more responsibility on your head because if something fks up, its on your head and hands. You have to make sure everything in your realm is the correct way and the job gets done right.reply

reply - CuppaT Child of God 2012/05/13 16:35:32None of the above+3I'd have to say most of the time. At the present I'm in a sticky situation regarding of member of my group of friends. All of them of tired of the selfishness of one person, but none of us has had the nerve to speak up about it. Personally, I've decided to take the coward's way out and just not participate in anything functions that she will be at.reply

+1Thank you for that. I feel guilty about handling it this way, but I've been praying to God for two years to help me have patience with her and I'm not able to do it. This past Friday was the final straw for me. Later that day I was reading things about Friendship and Dealing with difficult people and one thing really stuck in my head: Always chose friends who bring out the best in you. This woman brings out the absolute worst in me, and I hate being like that. God Bless You, Sister Jean, for making me feel better.reply
