I have a problem with it. I've been slouching ever since I was a kid. And now I'm paranoid that my back going to "shrink". My dad smack my back (not like proper hard) when every time he saw slouch.

Yes. All the time. I also have Scoliosis so all that slouching doesn't help.

yeah and i hate it. and i´m very tall so the danger that i have back trouble in the future is very big. i´ve tried to make it better but it´s a habit.

Well, that might helps. Though, after awhile I slouch back. It seems like my body doesn't like sitting up properly. *Sigh*

Go to a chiropractor, they're expensive, but after going, they pop your back a few times, bada bing, bada boom, you almost feel like you have to sit up straight after that they way your back feels.
