    If the itch is coming from a scratch, I scratch the scratch. If it's in the middle of my back, where it's impossible to reach, I door-jamb the itch.

    If it's just an itch I will scratch it. If it's a scratch that itches, I will rub it. The whole process of itch, scratch, rub then goes into action. There are some embarrassing places I won't scratch an itch, instead I have to squirm.
