I always did,but I have changed the way I deal with disrespectful people. I used to let things"slide" until I literally erupted like a volcano, sounding like a bit of a nut! Now, I quietly, but firmly, nip it in the bud.
Yes i do. U must respect urself before u can respect others.. I do let ppl talk down to me or push me around or the ppl i love and care about. I am not a pushover or a wimp. Im the kind of girl that doesnt back down.
Where's the in between button? I guess I act like I respect myself but inside I don't, so I don't get treated like sh!t by others, but just by myself if that makes sense.
that's good. Yeah I respect everyone, and I expect others to treat me with same respect but what I mean is I don't really respect myself deep down, otherwise I would be more sure of myself
Yeah, well I guess I think if you truly completely respected yourself then you would be completely sure of yourself and completely self-confident. The lacking of confidence is due to questioning oneself, self-doubt, which is really ultimately lack of respect for oneself. That's what I think, anyway
