Trust me it was for my own good....living away from home in Italy...they did good as I could have gotten into a lot of trouble....lmbo

It was both my first and last. I swore to never drink again. That was almost 5 years ago and I haven't touched a drink since. I didn't drink regularly and I never liked drinking in the first place so it wasn't an enormous sacrifice.

I remember having to sit while I showered in a brave attempt to get ready to go to work and then, upon crawling out of the shower, lying down on the floor totally naked and pondering my death for half an hour or so before my room-mate found me.

:) Possibly the funniest part is that I was drinking in the house with another room-mate (room-mate A) and the room-mate we kept up all night with our ungodly noise (room-mate B) was a colleague of mine and she had to go in to work on her ONE day off to cover for for me! I felt so horrible I went down to Cold Rock Ice-Creamery in the afternoon - once I had been satisfactorily revived - and bought her the biggest tub of ice-cream I could get. It was caramel cheese-cake flavoured with caramel fudge pieces smooshed into it. She sheepishly informed me she hated caramel.

It was the morning after a New Years Eve party. I made a lot of enemies that night... I can't believe my girlfriend and I managed to stumble into a taxi and make it home.

So does my friend who lived across the street from me during our teenage years. He happened to be at his screen door that morning seeing me quickly getting into my Nissan stanza. I was very thirsty and trying to get to 7-11 for bottled water. I got to the 1st stop sign, shifted back into reverse, learched back into the driveway and got out and puked on the lawn. My friend found that humorous. I instantly felt better and remember looking up waving good morning to my friend
