This lazy Saturday afternoon I was thinking of the good old days. Though it might be fun to see if we can list some of the things about the Good Old Days. Such as Sunday Drives, Telephone Party lines and etc. Memories, memories what comes to your mind.

Kitten, Bud and Betty. Sure I remember. Loved that show. The Honeymooners kind of gave me the creeps. I just thought that Ralph was a little too mean to Alice. Loved Donna Reed. Do you remember "Make room for Daddy?" and "Bachelor Father?"

Zelda!!!!! Oh that Ricky Nelson. I wanted to be Kris Nelson so badly. I loved her hair. Do you remember "Peyton Place?" A little racy for the times but my mother, my sister and I used to watch that together. I was probably in the 7th grade. In retrospect I can't believe my mother let me watch that. It was good though. I learned a lot about sex. lol

I had a radio kit! It made all kinds of other things too...it was put out by Heathkit. I had awesome slot cars too! I never liked the little girl toys as much as the ones they made for boys! I'm an only child and my dad is cool!

Yeah, my parents didn't have that much money, so we did a lot of things without money that we had just as much fun with.
Too bad every body has to have special effects to enjoy life with.

Loved that ice cream man. We had milkman. We also had an egg lady who came on Sunday morning. She'd count out those dozen eggs and put them in a little mesh basket we had.
