Yes, of course. I'd love to be a good friend to anyone. I feel happy when someone tells me I'm a good friend and that I've made a difference in their life.
Yes;, I have a friend I met in the Military & we kept getting the same assignments, then we became friends and started helping each other. Now we both work for Cal Fire & we've been friends 25 years. We're not friends any more, we are family : )
That is awesome!! :) My ex was a Marine and I still have friends that I have known for over 25 yrs and we are still close friends....our military friends are friends for life for sure. :)
Yes, I really do try... I love my friends and I want them to feel that they can count on me for anything! I feel it takes knowing how to be a good friend to have good friends. :)
Listening to a person. Not talking about them behind their back. Keeping their secrets. Offering a shoulder to cry on. Being a good sounding board. Absolutely.
These things take time...! BTW, great profile pics-- is that a Security Six? First revolver I ever bought was a Blackhawk, and I never got over feel of that grip.
It is important to nurture good relationships and good feelings!
