Full is fine if people are respectful though.

I once saw a movie in a nearly empty theater and the first 20 minutes were horrible. There were kids who kept running in and out of the theater. They also kept talking throughout the movie until finally a guy yelled for them to SHUT THE F@#$% UP! It worked.

It depends.

If it's something arty I prefer a lesser amount of people so I can enjoy it. If it's just a big blockbuster I don't care. If it's a film I don't care about and I'm just looking to canoodle with a fine lady or gentleman i'd prefer it to be quieter :P Or if it's something that thrives from fan involvement like Rocky Horror the place needs to be full of people willing to get involved :)

Empty, I like to get to a movie early because I like to sit in the center row, in the center seat. Plus if its empty, I can stretch my legs out on to the seat in front of me while I munch on my medium butter popcorn and sip on my large coke.

Haha, awesome, you know how many times I've gone to a movie with someone and I ask "how much longer till it starts?" and the people I'm with go "Oh it starts in five minutes." while we're still in the parking lot?! I hate to sit in bad seats, not to mention missing the previews.

It really is phenomenal ! We are so alike. Great ! OMG again, I ask the very
same thing but I'm worse. I ask it when I'm leaving the house. LoL...
I hate old seats or worn ones and I hate to miss the previews too.
Ok, this is it kiddo, we must go to a movie together ..LoL... imagine that ?
We'd have a panic of a time and drive everyone nuts at the same time !
I only live 300 miles away...LOLOL. =D

We probably would drive everyone nuts, but they'd thank us later because we'd get the best seats in the theater. Have you seen any good movies lately?

Yes, we sure would. I start a commotion everywhere I go but a good commotion like where everyone draws to me and chats and laughs with me. I'm the kid who was warned by her mother to not talk to strangers but I never listened. LoL...They would thank us later for putting some spring in their step... I must have center seat, center row and I make it a point to get there an hour earlier to do that. I saw the Bourne Identity with
Jeremy Renner. It was real good ! He is sooo hot ! See it if you didn't ! XD

I took a friend to see it for her eighteenth birthday, she's the sister of some childhood friends of mine. I really enjoyed it, which was surprising because I couldn't really get into the first three. I thought this new character had a lot more personality and the romance was a whole lot better. Also that motorcycle chase at the end was awesome. I kept trying to persuade her to go see The dark Knight Rises but she had absaloutely zero interest, she loves the Bourne movies.

It was good, right ? I like that Jeremy Renner but I think I said that already... LoL. Can't say it enough. I really enjoyed it too but I love
Matt Damon ! He wasn't in it and I was both surprised and disappointed about that. I loved The Dark Knight because I love Heath..
bless his soul, but I have an aversion in my mouth and a paranoia in my head to see it in the theater after the Aurora killings. Those poor people.

did size up and it kept your interest. The conclusion was dynamite !
I can see myself on that boat to nowhere with Jeremy.

I once went to the theater with my brother. If I rememer correctly, it was "Ice Age 4". Anyways, there were a few seats reserved, but in the end we were the only ones there. I wasn't ever in an empty theater before, so it felt strange. But after fifteen minutes I came to enjoy it - no talking, no laughing in the wrong moments, just quiet, except for the two of us. I must say, for along time I'll remeber that beautiful time at the theater - so quiet...

Depends on if they are adults or children and I'm not talking about age.
If people want to yak thru the whole movie then they should wait for the DVD to come out.
I love laughing with everyone and seeing people JUMP at the scary parts, but not kids running around or people kicking the back of my chair.

The behavior of moviegoers continues to deteriorate. The reason is that people with standards have mostly stopped going to movies.

If it's a comedy, I love when the theater is full. It's more fun when you have a large group laughing along with you at the funny parts. I love being in large crowds of people anyways. However, if I am watching a movie where I must follow along with the story line intently, or a romantic movie like The Notebook, I prefer an empty theater.

This is one of the advantages of realising that sports are stupid. Whenever the Super Bowl is happening, especially if it's the Packers, and especially if it's bad weather outside, I can usually be completely alone with my wife at even big blockbuster films.

No annoying people, no screaming children, and no kids around me with cell phones out as they are told to NOT have them out. Sounds likes an ideal time to see a movie to me.

Since malcontents , young and other types of all demographics, can NOT behave with courtesy to others in a theatre...I will prefer an empty theatre or I will stay home

Maybe half to 3/4 full. Don't like being packed in, especially with so many annoying people out there these days. On the other hand having hardly anyone there takes a little away from the movie theater experience.

Movies cost a lot of hard earned money these days. I hate spending the high cost of that ticket and then have to listen to kids constantly talking or giggling. People also don't know how to stay seated and just watch the dang movie. Up and down to the concession. Seriously, why pay that much to go to the movies and get up out of your seat for half of it?
