I used to only take baths as a kid. But shower is just faster and easier...and you're not sitting in your own filth as you wash it off.

However, it's difficult to scrub and clean ones feet in the shower standing up. Thus those appendages get neglected, wouldn't you say?

Especially in cold weather, sitting and soaking in a nice, hot, steamy tub of water is great for getting the old core body temperature back up to my normal range, which at my age is becoming harder to accomplish otherwise. It's almost a luxury of sorts, where I live, to take baths because water is considerably more expensive here than in most, if not all, places in the U.S.
I've always loved taking bubble-baths too, even though I seldom take them. But, if you're in a hurry, a shower is the only way to 'fly!'

I love showers. The only time I soak in the tub is when I'm sore but I shower right after.

I definitely have to go with shower. Baths just make me feel like I am soaking in my own mess, I don't get how you get more clean that way. I like to let it all come off clean and wash down the drain.

based on medical research nothing better than lay down on the water can relax your body and let off tiredness at your body .

do i think lay down on bath in lukewarm water not hat water can let off all tiredness at your body and your body get a new powerful .

Sure! Besides when you're done soaking and relaxing it's only normal to shower off afterward.

Bathing you can sitdown instead of stand. But I have a bench tiled inside my shower stall.
