I would say if a women has long hair, then they are more girly and have a better infectious smile and long hair definately adds to that cute bubbly infectiousness that long haired girls have more of.

Long hair clogs the shower tub and sewer. It is those hairs. I like everything shaven except the head. I like to kiss around the neck without those long hair getting in the way.

Cute girls can look GREAT with short hair.

It's a cultural norm to believe that long hair is a symbol of femininity and a woman's sexual prowess. And this occurs in other places, not only America.
