Actually pork is red meat, it just turn white after it is cooked. You could say beef is not red meat since it is not red after it is cooked. If it is still red after it is cooked, then it is not cooked, it is still raw. Some people are like wild animals and eat beef when it is still raw, YUCK.

This is raw animal food and I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole.
