My children were born when we had no options but cloth and lots of hot water and soap. Today's mothers are very very fortunate to enjoy throw-a-way plastic. :-)

What is wrong with cloth diapers. They are much better for sensitive skin.

Store bought are easier but expensive, however nothing like the feel of cotton next to a baby's skin..I mean how would you like to wear plastic underwear???

Cloth. Though the disposables are handy now and then, like when traveling.

Still, if the child is breastfed there's hardly any waste, and what there is doesn't stink anyway.

I figured there had to be a poll questioning my take on baby poop; am truly disappointed. Well, since my kids are out of diapers and I'm a tree-hugger, I prefer cloth diapers.

Cloth, so much better and so little waste - they can be used over and over and, added bonus, make great household cleaning cloths when baby needs them no longer.

I think the new diapers are much better for overnight and when you are on the go. But during the day I think that I would still go with regular diapers. Have not had to change one in about 18 years. Taking care of my grandson.
