...except yoga as religion. I practice Forrest yoga as demonstrated here by Ana Forrest. ...although not nearly as well.

For asanas I practice the ISHTA yoga of Alan Finger. I study by reading Classical Yoga texts for insights on cultivating stillness through knowledge, the study of the mind.

I respect philosophies that welcome broad influence and openness. I like how yoga used to help and accomodate the needs of the individual wherever they are in development of mind spirit or body.

Yoga always seems to say yes to all my questions by pointing me to the kingdom within

To be exact, I practice Transcendental Meditation, Kriya Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and embrace Hinduism, Buddhism, and Taoism, as well as Roman Catholicism.

I actually do not practice yoga, but I've heard it feels great and it's very relaxing... I'm hoping to try it out over the summer when I get some free time
