I own a Danish flag which I have covering a wall of my room because my family comes from denmarks so it's about my heritage couldn't care less about individual countries.
I proudly own an American flag and display it in my room for no one to see. I live in an apartment up on the 12th floor, and I've got no place outside to display it.
Yes,it was a little flag that I put on the antenna of my station wagon. It was just above an election sign for Obama/Biden a few weeks before the 08' election.I didn't have that flag, and sign on my car for 20 mins.when two white guys in a big flat front work truck tried to run me off the 15 FWY.Well I wouldn't take that off my car until two weeks after,"We the People" won that election!LOL
The modern Flag
the Star Spangled Banner sometimes called the Fort McHenry Flag (count the stripes)
The john Paul Jones Flag sometimes calle the Serapis Flag
The flag flown during the Whiskey rebellion
The flag is a representation of the nation and all that it once embodied. ....perhaps one day I'll feel the urge to own one, but certainly not today.
