yes I do it's a personal type of meditation. A quiet time with myself and God. as well as a personal time to just sit and listen to the world around me and be aware.
I've just started chakra meditations recently. I've only done it a few times & I can already tell the difference. I've also made an Akashic Record Sacred Prayer & I can tell the difference also. I can feel it in the core of my being. For all you naysayers out there, there's something to it! Don't knock it til you try it. Once upon a time I was brainwashed by religianity & churchianity and they told me to stay the hell away from it. They just wanted to control me like a meat robot. They wanted all my money & wanted to tell me who I was. Don't ever let ANYONE tell you who you are. Only you know who you are. The U.S. constitution has abolished slavery & guaranteed personal freedoms & the bible tells you to know yourself & control yourself. Anyone who tries to label you is trying to enslave you. Break the chains of your mind! Religious leaders are fear mongers. They incite fear in people's minds for financial gain, control & power. People are easily led by fear, as religious leaders well know. Repetition makes it so. The secret to successful propaganda is to create a meme (memetic engineering), a flying scroll, if you will.
