The hours are from whatever to whatever, the pay is consistent, upward mobility is a non factor, you get as much done as you feel like, and there is no boss to deal with. You are on duty for ten minutes or off for as long as you feel. The only thing is you have to do it seven days a week. It is tough but somebody has to do it.reply
