I live in a apartment complex. The people here don't clean up after their dogs. Some days you can even smell it. Also the owners filled in one of the swimming pools with sand and turned it into a playground for the children. Now every one here with cats uses it as a big litter box. I laugh at all the parents that let their children play in it.
Where's the "Indifference" option? I've barley said 3 words to my neighbors in the 10 years I've lived near them. All though there was this one douche of a neighbor who complained about a car I had stuck on my property for several years and another time he called the cops on me for burning my leaves.
i live under a godamn rock ..WHY.. because i live in the bluest part of a blue state ! it keeps out the endless ranting of mindless liberals and their dumb drums .example..
I've been here 11 yrs and seen many come and go.The most I do is wave or briefly say hello .I don't get personal with them .I've gotten rid of a guy I rented a room to because he was too friendly with the nosy neighbors across from me.
Both my neighbors are nice. On one side I have a russian couple. They invite us often to their get-togethers which are regular (they're very popular). They make the best kebabs.
I know that if I needed help they would give it, as I would do for them, and in the past it has actually happened.
We even shut down an entire cul-de-sac and throw a party for the whole neighborhood 2x a year. (Spring and Fall)
