    HATE it.

I find it stressful sometimes. I had difficulty concentrating on a lot of things, and driving to and from work is always a risk for me.

I like getting places, so I must drive. I'd much rather be transported but for now, I'll enjoy the scenery.

I drove 11 hours round trip yesterday for a small concert/show/meet-up. It was fun. I've been itching for a road trip so it worked out.

I have a fun car. For business trips of less than 600 miles, I would rather drive than fly.

You must drive a Mercedes. I am told the hood ornament helps line up the targets.

I do! My only wish is that others paid as much attention to doing it well! Many years ago my Bro and I attended Bob Bondurants Driving School. What a Blast! But beyond that they teach many skills (and I have used some) relative to everyday driving.

I do like to drive. Altogether, I've driven across the United States nine times, though four of those times were only California to Pensacola. I've also driven to Texas/Oklahoma from California four times, and from California to Memphis, Tenn. four times. I also had a cross-country drive with my son, from Vermont where he had bought a 1997 BMW M3, to Southern California.

For 10 years I drove a classic 1966 Porsche that I restored, including a memorable drive up California Highway 1 along the coast, from San Diego to Monterey for the 2005 classic auto races at Laguna Seca.

Currently I drive once or twice a year from Boise, ID to San Diego, CA, about 935 miles, to visit my son and daughter. Just last week I flew to Bellingham, Washington and drove back in a "new" (to me) 1999 BMW 328iS with only 53,000 miles on it. It was a great drive back, though the temperatures that day were over 100 in eastern Washington and Oregon during the 600+ mile drive. That Bimmer got 32 mpg with the A/C going!

So you might say I like driving, and I've done a lot of it.

Some of the cars I have owned and driven (a lot!):

I either walk, cycle or use public transport. I have no need for a car. It's cheaper for me not to have one any way.

I used to enjoy driving, but the traffic is so heavy in my town, it takes the fun out of it. I am on alert the entire time I'm driving, never known when someone will do something foolish and cause an accident.

I am retired and live in a rural area, no public transportation. So it is more of a neccesity plus the freedom factor.

I was driving last night down some country roads and nobody was on the road. Brake, accelerate, sharp turns, rolling hills, it was awesome! I even had the thought pop in my head how much fun it was and wish I got out there and off the interstates a little more often.

with people drinking and driving, texting and driving, fiddling with their radios, yelling at their kids, and letting their dogs jump around the car, etc. etc. etc. I'm afraid to drive!

I'm 43 and have never had my drivers licence... I've had my learners permit for about 15 years (I just keep renewing when I move LOL) so I can occasionally drive DD for friends when there's little to no traffic, but I will probably never get my full licence

I've been the passenger in enough of them to know it's not for me. I can barely stand other people while walking. Adding four tons of speeding metal into the mix is just asking for trouble.

I like it as long as I'm not the one doing the driving. When I'm the one behind the wheel, I'm very nervous and cautious.
