I love to cook...I've been cooking since I was 16. I never took a cooking class in my life but I watch the cooking shows on TV. I've been told many times that my cooking is excellent and I'm as good as a gourmet chef....to that I am most humble because I know I'm not anywhere near as good a gourmet....but it keeps me motivated !
I love to cook although my experience is limited to the period since my wife died since she had kicked me out of the kitchen early in our relationship....perhaps because I was a better cook than bottle washer:-)
As a result, my repertoire is quite limited. ..but I make some wonderful pestos; know how to select a great olive oil and even better wine; and can pick killer cheeses for that wine. I have made paella and other Spanish dishes to modest acclaim by my wine club but you must remember we taste the wine before the food:-)
I taught myself how to cook in the afternoons in middle school when my parents weren't home. It's been a love affair ever since. Throw on some jazz or classical music and go to town.
Depends on my mood
i also really like debussy
Yes I do cook (breakfast, desserts, meals)
