Baked with butter and Salt and pepper - yum or super delicious as french fries.

Do not like them smother in marshmallows or other junk - they are good all by themselves

Especially sweet potato pie.

Sweet potatoes are loaded with all sorts of good stuff; it's one of the miracle foods. Cheap, too. We also bake them, season, and butter ( lightly) and sprinkle with chives.
