The germans are kings of all this sort of thing. Sausages & hamburgers, 2nd to none. Apart maybe Holloway in Derbyshire. They do nice herby sausages.

Mmm, good. I am probably just one of the few who actually loves liverwurst on white toast. A very nutritious (a little fatty, but who cares) and tasty sandwich filling.
