The worst thing about summer, in our book? Having to squeeze into last year's bathing suit.
Turns out, we're not alone. Almost half (45 percent) of women have purchased a swimsuit that claims to trim them down, especially their tummies, according to a survey of 1,009 women conducted for ShopSmart, USA Today reports.
About half of women say it's OK to wear a bikini at any age; the other half say that at 47, you're too old for the two-piece look.
Forty-five percent of women say they have a hard time finding a bathing suit that fits properly, and 42 percent have regretted at least one swimsuit purchase.
But here's the good news: Only 18 percent of women don't like how they look in a suit. Forty percent of women are impartial, and 36 percent are OK with it.
Lucky you in the 36 percent!
