We enjoy making corned beef with cabbage. The eye-of-round is out favorite cut for corned beef.

Canned or the real thing both are great.

Rueben happens to be my favorite sandwich.

Grew up on eating canned corned beef somtimes. Fried with some onions, a little garlic for flavor a side of rice and ketchup.

I like the cut of meat only and if it is not cut right, it is terrible
My mother never made corned beef and cabbage because she didn't like it and said she wouldn't inflict it on her children. When I finally had it at my cousins' house, I understood why

Yes indeedy.
I used to watch things like that all the time just to remind myself, then I stopped and fell of the vegan wagon.

EH...its one of those foods that i would only eat if someone said they would make it and it was the only food in the house. Still good, but i would put a lot of other food before it... :)
