I have been witness to young people coming in to the ER and having to have the ring or whatever was put into the piercing hole cut out .. .... GREEN pus , blood and high fevers would get them hospitalized. AKA Blood poisoning.
Had a friend get her EAR stapled to lose weight. It got so infected that it caused the ear to swell three times its size. The staple had to be DUG out because the skin had swelled around it. It stunk and my friend was out of her brain from infection and fever was so high it was causing CONVULSIONS.......
The tongue piercings cause bacterial infections and BAD BREATH...... besides it being UGLY AND DEFORMED LOOKING.... The nasal piercings were just as bad. SMELLY AND BACTERIA..... WAKE UP ! you may not be able to smell it but everyone around can. It does leaves scars !

Not any kind on either sex, with the exception of women piercing their ears. One hole each ear, in the traditional location.

It looks painful! It was all I could do to get my ears pierced once each. I passed out with the first ear. LOL! I've read that some people get a rush of endorphins when they get piercings. It's like they are addicted. Perhaps the same is true of the massive tatoos people are wearing these days.

Personaly, I think that body peirceing are a little icky. But go ahead if you want. Facial peircings are more beautifull when done right.

Though I don't like piercings and tats I have met some wonderful people who have them.

I think my girl looks hot with her facial piercings, but anywhere else I'm not really fond of.

Not into them for me at all. Excessive piercings on others are not appealing. Beyond that some I've liked, some not. Definitely not a fan of nose rings.
