Do You Leave Cookies for Santa?

You!

You're not the only one who likes homemade cookies with a glass of ice cold milk. Santa's been eyeing that plate for a while now. Milk and cookies have been a staple for Santa, while he fills the bottom of your Christmas tree with all sorts of goodies. Another Christmas-time staple is writing a wish list to Santa. And wouldn't it be great if Santa actually wrote back?

With Santa Mail, you can order a personalized letter from Mr. Claus himself, customized with your child's name, hometown and state. There are a handful of letters to choose from -- and it's all just $9.95, with free shipping. That's a steal, if you ask us. And it's definitely a reason to give Santa some extra milk and cookies this year.

Yes....even though we're both adults and his awesome daughters are grown and gone, we still do. I eat a couple cookies on my trip and the rest magically disappear. :-) I know it isn't the dogznkatz, they're shut in the bedroom with us.

The worst part of finding out Santa wasn't real was realizing my mom ate those cookies. I didn't give them to her I gave them to Santa.

My mother always did... and presents were never under the tree until after I was 4! I woke up when I heard "Santa", my father, dressed in a Santa suit putting our gifts under the tree! I then knew that Santa was my dad, he tried so hard, bless his <3!!! Now I just make big batches of cookies and goodies for my dear ol' dad!!! =)

Well hello....wrapping presents is hungry work!

Just remember if you do put them out EAT THEM.

My son's third Christmas I woke up to him sitting on the step into my room crying. That confused me as I saw the presents...why is the boy crying? I said Baby, come here...whats wrong? He sobbed "Santa didnt like my cookies". We had made them and everything. And I forgot to eat them. head slap

LOL, that happened to us one year. Quick thinking me told the kids that Santa just ate the crumbs that were on the plate because he was just too full from all the other cookies at all the other stops he'd had to make!

Thats pretty much what I did. I asked him to go to the potty and while he was doing that I wrote a note that said sorry, but I was full, love Santa. But I will never forget that sight. Broke my heart. Luckily HE did forget. ;-)

My son insists that i leave an oatmeal cookie an milk for Santa. He also states that i dont get any presents from Santa because i eat the cookies and drink the milk. My son still firmly believes in Santa. I say let them stay children as long as possible and enjoy their chidhood innoncence as long as they can.
