    I've heard of it for the first time when seeing a trailer of the movie "Faces In The Crowd" which came out last year (I didn't see the movie, but I got interested in the phenomenon and researched it) - Prosopagnosia it's called, I think.

    I don't think I've heard of a condition like that. What is it?

    Also, I love love love the picture for the question. It's a spirit from Spirited Away- my favorite movie as a kid and my favorite movie now. :)
