My approach, prepare the turkey in alternate manner such as "macedonian" (cut up, with mixed veggies -- in French, "macédonie de legumes").

It's easy, if you can't figure out how to do a simple thing like stuffing a bird you have no business in the kitchen.

Most important parts-1 make sure you have plenty of time to defrost it if it's frozen-days-
2 make sure you get ALL those neatly replaced "parts" out before cooking. Cooking those things smells bad and makes your turkey taste really bad. After that, stuffing is a piece of cake.

I'm single and a single man HAS TO KNOW HOW to do such whether he has guests for dinner or not.
If You don't know how, there is this WONDERFUL invention called, "A Cook Book." AND the "Food Network."

Yes I do, but of course the in thing nowadays is not to stuff the bird, and to cook the stuffing separately. Being a Old fashioned person I still put together a sage dressing and stuff the bird regardless of what Foodnetwork says. I have been around about 40 years longer than them, so don't need their advice.
