So far as I know, I don't know anyone who studders. (I'm not even sure what that is.)
I do know people who stutter.

Well, I stutter on occasion. I have a little bit of a speech impediment, but as soon as I catch myself getting stuck on a word, I switch to another word. I'm not sure that counts.

Other than that, I don't believe I know anyone who has a stutter.

I did in grade school. I was under so much stress at school that it happened. School was a living hell for me. My husband told me that while he was at boot came he found himself studdering sometimes. Boot camp is all kinds of stress. I haven't heard him studder. I studder a little here and there. I can't get a word out.

i know a guy that studder's like hell, but sang's his a$$ off. notice i didn't say sing he sang's.. he get's on that stage, and don't miss a note.

Yes, I know someone who has that problem, but when they are singing, they don't have that problem at all. My son used to stutter when he was very small, but he got over it. We never made a big deal of it. We kind of took it with a lot of humor, and it just went away.

I have a student who stutters, but it doesn't seem to bother him. He's very outgoing and even rows in a junior olympics rowing crew. Nice kid.

It's the darnedest thing. When he's talking about class warfare, fair share or any of that stuff he belives his voice is steady. But when he has to brag on America's greatness or anything he doesn't believe, here comes the ehs, the ahs, the stutters. It's an amazing tell.

One of my closest friends from middle school stuttered. And my son kind of does but the older he gets the less he does, he's 5 now.
