No, not really. When I used to work at the church, we had a group that met in our lower hall and I'd have to run over with the key. So, I met some of the members several times but I can't say I really "knew" them.
Sure.... i went with one of my old girlfriends to their meetings a few times.....very smoky environment.....kind of a "tit for tat" give up drinking, but schmoke like a fish. I prefer drinking in moderation, but i understand completely it is for those who have developed a real addiction to alcohol. When im working, im more of an occasional "BINGE" drinker....drink occasionaly on the weekends, etc.
