Only rarely. Most people who have wronged me aren't worth the effort of holding a grudge and have done more harm to themselves than anything I could do to them. Still, for them and others, it's case of "forgive but never forget." That means no more association with them and they'd better not come looking to me for help in the future because they won't get it because it might be another trick.

Are you kidding? My ancestors came from Southern Italy and if their neighbor killed one of their chickens, they will hold a grudge and hunt them down like a dog. So, yes, it is in the DNA. LOL

Only if it's something that strikes a deep chord in me or it's a bunch of small things that built up over time and it just goes to far and I can no longer stand it. I will hold it against them my whole life if it's ever brought up.
I don't actively hold grudges but I do hold them subconsciously only for them to appear visibly when the person I have it against sets me off... Otherwise I let most things go. Really this has only happened to me a few times...

Yes,.but I do not feel this is necessarily a bad thing. It all depends on the cause or source of the infringement and how much it has harmed me economically, physically, or emotionally. More often than not, I put the matter out of mind but if reminded of the the subject comes up I will never forget or forgive the perfidious actions.

Depends.

If it's just a couple of MINOR, pissy little things, I usually will let it go. But REPEATED, MAJOR offenses w ill get you blacklisted forever - like my father and a couple of school bullies I had to put up with.
