I'm really kind of in-between. Sometimes I do, but not for very long. Anger is such a negative emotion -- I try not to carry that excess baggage around.

Also, the older I get, the less I hold grudges for the simple reason that I forget. :)

I can forgive easily if the apology is genuine. I think that life is too short to hold grudges. Then again perhaps I've never experienced anything that was good enough to hold a grudge over.

I think so... Does it count that when I was in my 30's I ran into the school bully who knocked me down and took my lunch money from me when I was in the 5th grade, and I beat that boy like he was an old rented mule, then told him who I was and why he just took a beating...??????

In my opinion it doesn't count unless you'd been obsessing about doing it for all the years in between. If you just "seized the moment," so to speak, I don't think so.
