Of course not. White people have just perfected it. Honed it to a razor edge and used it to oppress every other race to advance their own. We have better earned the moniker than any other race (in the U.S,), but it is not exclusive.
It is interesting to note the racial hatred in this country has included the Germans, Irish and Italians. Immigrants in fact have nearly always been hated in this country.
Humans perceive difference and exploit it with hate born of fear and ignorance.
Do you have to be white to be a racist?

America is secretly working on White Genocide in America by using the following social tactics. It takes 2.5 children to be born to sustain a race or culture. And the white race just isn't "doing it" enough. In 50 years Caucasians will make up 15% of the worlds population and in America will only make up 8% of the citizens. And it's not just here look at Europe and South Africa. Game over we lose.
:Social Tactics:
1) Make the gay life style the cool and norm.
2) Tell people to wait longer to have babies while looking down on young mothers. .
3) Legalize abortion and make it easily assessable
4) Attack Marriage and the home with taxes making it harder to start a family.
5) Encourage intermarriage and portray the white man as weak.
6) Give incentives and money to hate groups and minorities
Bigotry, discrimination and racism can all be related, but they are not the exact same thing.
Racism is at its most effective and most dangerous when it is institutionalized - when corporations, governments, schools, communities and others in positions of power have an outlet for their bigotry and can have a deleterious effect upon the lives of others with it. A person in one of these minorities might hate me simply because I'm white, male, straight, etc, but the chances that he'll be able to have some effect upon my life, and especially to have an effect upon a great number of lives, are negligible. The people in power, though, can and do have a negative effect upon the lives of minorities (and women).
What am I trying to say? People of any colour, including Black, can be racist, and people of any colour, including White, can be victims.
