Do you have a spread preference between sandwiches, hotdogs and hamburgers?

I believe I did as a child, but now as an adult I seem to be somewhat picky.

I like either spicy ( dijon ) or plain mustard, or ketchup on hotdog. Yet, on hamburgers I am not near as picky. I do not like ketchup on sandwiches for whatever reason. I did as a kid.

I am posting this question to see how your taste-buds have changed over the years.
