Mix
Ground beef
2 eggs
Bread crumbs
Finely chopped onion
Lipton onion soup mix
Prego spaghetti sauce
ketchup
Granulated garlic
Oregano
Sweet basil
Salt
Black pepper

Bake in a loaf pan at 375 for an hour.
Remove meatloaf to a clean baking dish.
Spread a thin even layer of ketchup over top.
Increase oven temp. to 450
Bake an additional 10 minutes,
Remove and add a thick decorative layer of ketchup over top.
Bake another 10 minutes.
Allow meatloaf to rest for at least 15 minutes prior to slicing.

Yes, and it has hamburger and some sausage with lots of onions, parsley, garlic, egg and the rest is a secret and I'm not telling. I haven't had any complaints about it. My Grandmothers taught me to cook because I loved to eat and they new I had to survive.

Ground Beef and Lamb, Bread Crumbs, Eggs, Sea or Kosher salt, FRESH ground black pepper, Cumin(optional). The breadcrumbs I make from hotdog buns. Which are the best for croûtons too.

Haven't made it in quite a while. I mix ground beef with egg, salt & pepper, oatmeal, onions, bell peppers and a little Worcestershire sauce. Baked with tomato sauce on top.

Mom does it by mixing in cubes of bread, and some other things like onions, i think, then puts tomato soup overe the top..it is GREAT!
