I do at a physical rehad under what they call a graduate program. I currently go 5 days a week. 3 days of water therapy and 2 days on the floor for a physical therapy. I go due ot heart and fibromylgia problems. Dr. tell me I need to do this for the rest of my life. Have been going for about 18 months now.
I have a membership to GOLDS gym. I am a creature of habit, so I go to the gym at least four times a week. I started in May of 2006. Since then I have lost 65 pounds and I feel great! I have more energy that I know what to do with.
It's one of the best investments I have ever made.
Good for you. I am glad you were able to lose the weight. I have not been able to lose any weight with the program due to medication I am taking so I have been bummed about that.
Regrettably a waste of money too. When I use it I feel a lot better. Haven't been in a while now. I've heard that when you do something for 21 days in a row it becomes a habit... need to get my butt back there!
I know it's become a habit when I have to talk myself out of going when I am not feeling well or have not had enough sleep or just have something else really important to do.
It's one of the best investments I have ever made.
