I can remember some things that happened long ago quite vividly, but most of the time my memory is terrible.

So so. I've have ADD, which had not been identified when I was growing up. I am very distractible as a result. I have a pretty good memory, as long as I'm paying attention!

Well, it's hard to say.
Not sure how much is poor memory and how much is simply not listening/retaining.
