Me too, I have one (not beaded, but, a heavy chain-link silver) I never , never take off. It is my good luck cross! I sleep clutchingit! And I have 7 crosses in my home & 7 crosses at my ranch, 7 is my lucky number! I try to do most everything in multiples of 7 seven hugs, seven kisses, I automatically pick up 7 cans of soup, 7 T-bones, 7 sirloins,etc. it's become a habit of mine, I never buy a six-pack or a case of anything unless 7 at a time!

I have several crosses displayed in my home, and I NEVER travel anywhere without wearing my crucifix and my St. Christopher medal. Both of them blessed by my priest.
