This is true, because I saw it happen. This mother and little boy was at the mall and this child wanted something he saw. The mother said no. and this 4 year old boy let loose with a sling of curse words that came right out of the hoodlum vocabulary. fom MF to I'm going to get my gun and shoot your dumb ass.

We don't use curse words at home the drunk neighbor does and my 5 year old knows better he doesn't like those words so we have no worries

That's horrifying!

I suppose I'm showing my age because I want to say something about "Kids these days"...but I know people who are raising kids who are perfectly fine, polite, and respectful.

Not that I was any of those growing up. But I'd have gotten...I can't even imagine. Not that I'd even heard phrases like that at that age. What's *wrong* with parents these days?

It's beyond awful! Chances are that how the parents talk, if they didn't talk that way I can't imagine they would hang out with other people who did... I don't talk that way, and I certainly don't hang with people who do.
