Sniff, sniff ... Labor Day is the "unofficial" last day of summer, which means for many of us, it will be our last day off until Thanksgiving. It also means the end of summer barbecues, beach parties, pool parties, vacations ... the list goes on. So do you get a little depressed when the days turn shorter and cooler?
It's normal to wish you packed a little more fun into your summer while you had the chance. But there's something about fall that brings back that exciting "back to school" feeling, even if you've already graduated! There's a new wardrobe to plan, the return of your favorite TV shows, the holiday season, comfort food ... all that good stuff. And by now, you're probably just a little sick of applying sunscreen and staring at the sea. Nevertheless, do you find yourself getting the end-of-summer blues around this time of year? Or are you excited for a fresh start this fall?
I can't wait til winter, where I can sit on my couch with a nice cup of tea while watching classic Christmas cartoons in my heavy sweater.
