I've been self-employed for most of my adult life. I've owned a company with two dozen employees. Yes, I get along quite well with my customers... and now... my tenants. Since now... THEY ARE MY BOSSES.

My customers were always at the top of who got the best service in my business... now that the firm has been sold, I own apartments... and my tenants are my bosses because THEY pay me to provide comfortable and safe shelter for them.

You are only 18... you have plenty of options. Polish your skills, gain knowledge and hone your abilities... that's what young folks are supposed to do. Then go out and be your own boss. Find a nitch and fill it. Provide a service to people that they like, given them just a little more than they expect... and they will reward you handsomely!

I'm polite to him, and we do get along for the most part but I wouldn't necessarily say I like him. He tends to yell and lot and be quite disrespectful towards his employees.

Same for me, in a way. My boss is nice, but the office manager is very moody and I never know what to expect........

My boss is Mr. Westerman my head master and I do get along with him he is a nice person soon I will go to college and my teacher [my boss] is Chad and I get along with him too
