I saw him recently at Soundwave, and sadly he is (finally) beginning to show his age. It's amazing how young he looked for so long.

It depends on what kind of makeup he's wearing at the time. In the picture for this question he looks kind of gross, but on the cover of Eat Me Drink Me he looked SMEXY.
