Do you fall asleep suddenly when relaxing and watching t.v.?

As I'm getting older.. I notice my energy level has changed. After arriving home from work.. dinner's done.. relaxing.. looking at t.v...I'm sleep b4 I know it.

never had that problem

I worked very long hours with a very little sleep, I can never fall asleep in front of a TV, too much noise. Even driving at night with someone else I cannot sleep in the car while the rest are sleeping, I always end up driving especially at night or early hours of the morning

If I'm sitting up I never fall asleep watching TV, but if I lay on the couch, I'm out in a few seconds. lol
