    With the work, family life and need to fetch my kids to and from school and tuition, isn't that is more than an exercise? And yes, a few times a week, I walk 2 km for my lunch.

    About an hour to two hours a day. Be it walking, running, stair climbing, or a sport of some kind. I am one of those people who cant stay still, i've just got too much energy lol

    you gotta leave room for resting... I have Outdoor Rec. every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at school, and I go for runs with my dad on Sundays.

    during the week, i climb a ton of stairs daily (to the top of my office-building's parking structure) and lift (some) weights at home daily ... on the weekends, i ride a skinny-tired road bike long distances ... occasionally i swim ... in fact, i brought the bike to work today so I could ride before getting on the freeway to drive home ...
