Do you exercise and if so, what kind and how often?

I do what I can, but at my weight, any movement counts as exercise. I have purchased a portable peddler that I use about 20 minutes per evening, and I lift weights about 15 minutes per night as well. I am walking more, and doing isometric crunches throughout the day as well. Not as much as some, but way more than I was doing just a week ago.

Do you do water exercise? It can give a good workout but less stress on the joints.
Kudos to you for keeping a regular exercise routine. =D

Thanks, for that. I don't because I don't have free access to a pool, and that is the only kind that I can afford. But, I can tell the weight is leaving. Just way slower than my husband's is, damn it.

Does walking to the bus stop and running up and down the stairs more times than neccesary count as exercise?

It does for me. Running and stair stepping gets that heart rate up fast pretty quick.

It really depends on where I am. I go to a year round college and when I'm at school, I do lots of exercise: gym (since it's free), running, walking (all around campus), swimming, basketball, football, etc. But when I'm home I hardly do anything, haha.

With all that exercise on campus, I can understand you want to rest at home. Thanks for sharing!

I've been at it for about 5 months I have lost 4 pants size, 20 inchs over all, firmed and toned and I feel so much better. My blood pressure and colesteral levels are way down so it is worth it. Thank you

There are a great many Tai Chi Clubs worldwide and heaps of information online it's easy to learn and the benefits are great. This is a video from my local tv channel... Rod is a friend of mine and he works for a guy called Gary Khor who is a fully fledged Shaolin Monk.
