Do you ever have SodaHead error out on you when asking a question, so you look and it's not there then you ask it again only to find out it is there?

This just happened to me with my cloud watching question and it is the second time this has happened.
I ask a question and I get an error message so I go to my asked questions when I get back in to make sure it didn't go through and it isn't there, but then when I finish asking it again I now have two. It's a bit annoying.

They don't 404, exactly... I get an index page with other questions related to that particular topic.
