and it doesn't bother me
alhamdulilah!
Only 5 times is pittance!! ;)
And to people who are saying it's time-wasting, I don't see it as that. It doesn't make me feel good about myself. In fact, it's even humbling in a way to go over all the bad stuff I had done and talk about it. It makes me feel relieved, and answers don't come to you straight ahead. God doesn't pop down from the clouds and gives you a long list why he won't or will answer your prayers. I think if you have faith and if it is meant to be, God answers your prayers. It's nice to know someone is listening to my problems and I don't have someone judging me at the same time. It's not foolish to me, so anyone who is going to respond and say that, you might as well just don't reply. You can shove science in my face and I would still tell you that I believe in God and Jesus. I respect everyone's beliefs. I have a lot Atheist friends and people of other religions. It doesn't bother me, but I always tell them I'm open to talk. I think God answers prayers in a lot of different ways. It's your job to put your foot in that door and try, and if it's mean to be, the rest is up to God.
Under my evolving philosophy I have realized that God (and I do believe there is one) doesn't care. There is a God, he cared once, but no longer... and the more I learn and see of this world, I can't blame him.
It worked for us in this very scary situation back in 2009... :/

Of course it didn't work, only the first initials of their last names? God helped the wrong guy!
