I'd been craving stuffed bell peppers for a long time now, but they are a lot of work to make. Especially for one person. So the other day I got me some of the Stouffer's brand. I always passed them up because I was sure they would suck goats. WRONG! They are pretty darn good. Stouffer s stuffed peppers

Doing P90x currently, only home cooked protein with a little fat and carbs currently. TV and micro dishes are very bad for you

Actually, most food in about any supermarket is bad. They are processed to some point so that it can be sold in bulk to a huge customer group. Even fruits and veggies get processed, and not everyone has good local organic farmers to buy from.
Don't get me started on alcohol. That's super bad,and I use that sometimes in my cooking too. =D

Haha it is good. Most of the time I use brown rice though better for you and I have gotten used to the taste and now like it. Actually what's above I would at the last minute put in spinach..

That's faster than Rachael Ray. I'm not a fan much of wok cooking though, When I cook, I use my slow cooker for the best taste and that can take a while.... I'm picky that way...

Yeah but Rachels way cuter than me! The slow cooker takes to much time to use a lot. But sometimes on a Sunday I will do a small roast in one and have it with steamed veggies for a few days after.

Sometimes I'll do a omelet in my wok. Smoked Turkey, Red Peppers. Purple Onion, Spinach and Romano Cheese. But hey now it's BBq season.....;-)

My ex was fillipina, and my 3 daughters are half and half, but if you want to get technical they're more like 1/4 1/4 1/4 1/4 that would be Irish/Native American/Chinese/Spanish... Pretty exotic, they're all so beautiful.

We kids are multi-mix even more than that. It's good to know that things are a changin' than when I was growing.

There was a study done where they took pictures of people randomly from all over the world, and combined them with a morphing program, they found that the more pictures they added to the mix the more aesthetically pleasing the outcome face looked.

As Spok (or any Vulcan) would say, "Infinite Diversity in Infinite combination.

Hahha! I'm not into the looks at all but the health part. In places where there has been too much inbreeding, recessive genes that detrimental have become dominant, and some very horrible diseases have manifested because of this.

I know of two families a county away from me that could be poster children for the dangers of inbreeding. No joke. It was a given in school that girls from one of the families usually got their first kid from a father brother or very close cousin.

MAN! are we way off topic or what??? LOL
