I'd been craving stuffed bell peppers for a long time now, but they are a lot of work to make. Especially for one person. So the other day I got me some of the Stouffer's brand. I always passed them up because I was sure they would suck goats. WRONG! They are pretty darn good.

Their veggie burgers are pretty good but my favorite stuff from them is their entrees and appetizer-snack thingies like buffalo bites .-.

I'm a pretty good cook but some days I just don't have time or I'm too lazy and for that microwave/tv dinners are perfect. I have to be very cautious though because I have a lot of allergies.

I tried that brand and I thought it was awful! Maybe I just got a bad one, but it tasted terrible and the crust was way too doughy.

I like to let mine sit out on the counter and thaw, we then cook it directly on the oven rack for a crispier crust. It's the best frozen pizza I ever tried. They have the thin crust ones also.
